Placing orders with POST /business/order re-quotes each shipment and debits your Business wallet in one transaction. If the wallet balance is too low, the API returns 400.

What to do

  1. Log in to the Business Dashboard (production) or staging ↗.
  2. Open Wallet and fund your Business wallet.
  3. Retry the place-orders request.

Quotes (POST /business/order/cost and bulk quote) do not debit the wallet — only placing orders does. See Place orders and Best practices.
